Salon Receptionist WITH AT LEAST 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage the salon's POS system for sales transactions
- Provide information about salon services and products
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Coordinate with stylists and other salon staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus (Multilingual)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and schedules effectively
