Remote Medicare Enrollment Representative

• AZ Remote / Work From Home - can be located anywhere in ARIZONA
• Pays : $27.51 per hour Health Benefits after 90 days
• Full-Time : Monday to Friday with flexible hours once training is completed, training hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Job Responsibilities

• Process enrollment of Medicare members including first-time enrollment and member modifications
• Manage work activities in your work queue (i.e. enrollment missing information, enrollment with effective date change)
• May also support on one or more of the following enrollment support functions
• Update Excel spreadsheets to track workflow of various special assigned projects
• Outbound Enrollment Verification member calls
• Answer incoming agent / broker calls regarding special needs (low income) enrollment plans
• Post Enrollment functions such as determining member paid penalties
• Meet monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis
• Follow work instructions regarding enrollment tasks

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of overall related experience of Center for Medicare / Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred

• Contract via A-Line Staffing Solutions, 6 months with potential to convert based on business needs, performance, and attendance.
