Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• The Minute Clinic Provider- BH Hybrid Nurse Practitioner leverages administrative support in addition to delivering patient care services through virtual technology.
• The ratio of work is dependent upon patient demand
• You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment diagnosis treatment management of health problems health counseling and disposition planning for our patients.
• Encounters are documented utilizing an electronic health record EHR.
• This role reports directly to the Minute Clinic Virtual Care SPM.
• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, psychiatric diagnosis and prescribing, mental health counseling and disposition planning for our patients. 

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification
• Active FNP state license Required (Must Be FNP licensed)
• Must be licensed in at least FIVE of the following states: : DC,DE, FL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, NH ,OH ,RI, VT
