Title: Application Developer III – Configuration AnalystPay Rate: $43.70/hrLocation: Work from HomeSchedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM ESTNote: This role is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidatesThis is a Scrum Team role that will serve as part of the Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment Configuration Team, tasked with developing purpose-built capabilities for our NextGen platform. This role is responsible for delivering configuration for various enrollment, billing, reconciliation, correspondence, and reporting stories within an Agile framework.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with PL/SQL and MS SQL Databases
- 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with IBM DataStage
- 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience in application development across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field
- Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing, and Correspondence platform
- 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology Release & Resource Management
- 2-4 years of experience in Medical Management and Government Administration
- 2-4 years of experience with member materials and correspondence implementation
- 2-4 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange Enrollment, or Billing and Correspondence Operations
- Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with high degrees of complexity
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills at the senior level, including the capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization, simultaneously
