RN Summary and Highlights:

The ER RN is responsible for the delivery of care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

RN Details and Compensation:

• Location: Barberton, OH 44203 – 100% on site
• Payrate: $40 /hr - negotiable
• Required Availability: Days or Nights, some weekends, full-time

RN Responsibilities:

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and requires working under stressful conditions

· This is a 33-bed ED unit

· Ratios 1:4

RN Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Associate Degree or Diploma required.
• Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
• 2 year of recent relevant experience
• Current OH RN License and BLS/ACLS/PALS required.
