We are growing and we need YOU! A-List Home Care is locally owned and operated in Rogers, AR, and we are always looking for dependable, experienced, honest, and caring PCA’s (Personal Care Attendants) and CNA’s. *** PCA training is available at no cost to you.

Duties may include:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition for clients
- Monitor and record vital signs and other health-related information
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help manage challenging behaviors and provide behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop care plans

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and principles
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to lift and move clients safely using proper body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently
