This job is specifically for the Austintown, OH area.
Growing commercial construction company is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects up the East Coast. Must be willing to travel to various jobsites ranging from Florida to Maine, sometimes for extended periods of time. All travel expenses will be paid for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Review schematics, blueprints, and other project documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
**Requirements:**
- MUST be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
-MUST be able to properly do layouts based off of blueprints
-MUST have hands on experience doing metal framing and sheetrock
- OSHA certification is preferred
-MUST be bilingual - English/Spanish
