communities. This position requires the individual to work mostly in person with some
in remote contact serving the underserved population in rural eastern NC areas.
Scope of BCaBA Work:
● Full time position
● Conduct functional behavior assessments.
● Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address
communication, feeding, behavior, ADLs and social skills.
● Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on
treatment plan objectives.
● Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians implementing ABA based treatment
plans.
● Update treatment plans as necessary.
● Train family members on implementing the treatment plan.
● Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community-based environments.
● Ensure that the child is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
● Maintain confidentiality about clients, families and center by abiding by all
HIPPA regulations.
● Exhibit initiative and ability to work independently
● Reporting abuse and neglect when necessary
Qualifications:
● Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
Skill Set:
● Strong reasoning skills
● Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in varying situations
● Ability to work autonomously
● Team player and the ability to make those around you better
● Ability to prioritize tasks
● Time management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
● Starting Salary: $55,000 ($5,000 raise after completion of in-house supervisor
training program)
