Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our high standards.
• Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
• Handle reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check and replenish stocking levels of all consumables.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and company practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, ideally with a background in both residential and commercial settings.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels and resorts, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining high performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Preferred Experience:

• Residential Cleaning: Previous experience working in medium to large homes. Familiarity with handling delicate surfaces, high-end finishes, and luxury furnishings. Expertise in maintaining cleanliness and order in various living spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Commercial Cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial facilities such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites. Proficiency in using commercial-grade cleaning equipment and products. Ability to maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Hospitality Cleaning: Familiarity with cleaning practices and procedures in hotels and resorts. Ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, lobbies, and other public areas. Experience with laundry services, making beds, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
