## Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee a team engaged in various outdoor tasks related to tree care, landscaping, irrigation, and flower bed maintenance. If you have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you.

## Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulch instaallation, installations, and watering

- Lead the team in building and maintaining outdoor structures and features

- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols

- Provide guidance and training to crew members

- Manage equipment and materials efficiently

## Requirements

- Experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction, and leadership

- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
