A Perfect Choice Home Care is looking for an experienced home care liaison that is highly motivated, organized with great relationships in the healthcare/senior living industry to join our team!
A Liaison job role will include working with hospitals, senior living communities and other providers in the healthcare field to help identify patients and residents that can benefit from 1:1 home care services. Also, to identify any staffing shortages these settings may be experiencing that we can help fill. You will need to identify, develop and maintain referral sources.
A book of business is not required but would be beneficial.
2 years in the healthcare industry is a plus
Proficient knowledge of Stark Laws
Valid Drivers license, car insurance and reliable transportation is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
