Location : Dublin / Powell, Louis Center, Westerville OH

Responsibilities :

• Companionship : Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Daily Assistance : Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Outings and Appointments : Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Safety and Comfort : Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirements :

• Compassionate Nature : Show empathy and care in all interactions.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability : Ability to work independently and adjust to changing needs.
• Background : Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Education / Skills Requirements :

• Credentials : First Aid and TB test (optional), with in-services.
• Prior experience in caregiving : with specific experience in dementia or Alzheimer's care preferred.

• Physical Ability : Capable of performing duties of the position.
• Nutrition Knowledge : Basic understanding for meal planning.
• Reliable transportation.
