Position: Senior Business Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
— Direct Support to CEO: As a Senior BA, you will work directly with the founder and CEO of A-Players, playing a crucial role in completing various tasks and projects essential for our business operations and success.
— CEO Communication and Sales Support: Prepare and draft client emails and follow-ups for the CEO’s review, conduct follow-ups after events, update sales statistics based on the CEO’s calendar and ensure timely updates and feedback on calendar entries and meetings.
— Documentation: Gather sales and marketing information (pitches, notes, case studies) and compile them into comprehensive documents.
— Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
— Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for the CEO’s meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
— Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as the CEO assigns. These projects could include strategic initiatives, process improvements, or new business development. Oversee critical projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
— Adaptability: Thrive in uncertain conditions and find your path. Within the CEO’s priorities, take on and create projects that will impact the organization.

Qualifications:
— Proven experience in a senior Business Assistant, Head of assistant service, or Chief of Staff role.
— Excellent organizational and project management skills.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
— Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (both Ukrainian and English).
— Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
— Proficiency in using office software and tools.
