A. R. Building Co. is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager Near Groton, CT
AR Building Company is looking for an energetic, experienced Assistant Property Manager for Pleasant Valley Apartments, a Luxury Apartment Community of 132 units.
The Assistant Property Manager at Pleasant Valley will oversee the daily operation of the property including, but not limited to; touring prospective residents, marketing the property, resident relations/retention, property inspections, and budgeting.
Experience as an Assistant Property or Leasing Manager is preferred. The right person will be a friendly, personable, energetic, outgoing, motivated self-starter and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Experience with RealPage/Onesite would be wonderful. This position reports to the area Property Manager.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits the 1st of the month after 60 days.
Mon-Friday daylight. NO weekends!
