A Ruttco Pallet is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk Near Salt Lake, UT
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. We are looking for a front office cleark to help occasional walk in customers and work with company staff to record and imput data. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry and office software such as Excell and QuickBooks. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various databases and systems.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Ensure that data entry is accurate, complete, and timely, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Order entry, including processing orders, and maintaining order records.
- Utilize computerized systems and software to perform tasks, including Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track data and metrics.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations, including calculating totals and averages.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the data entry area.
**Skills**
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in data entry and order entry, with the ability to work accurately and quickly.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform calculations.
- Experience with computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Familiarity with databases and the ability to develop and maintain them.
- Experience working in an office environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized space.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
