This position is commission based only. Work is hybrid in and out of office. We have a sales base office where salespeople can meet with our sales manager for training of to drop off client paperwork, but most work is done out of office as you will need to drive to meet potential client at their homes and speak to them face to face. Interested leads and potential clients will be provided by us, but the more self sufficient you are marketing and generating your own leads as well, the more successful you will be at this position. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to potential customers' homes to measure areas and provide detailed estimates for fence installations when provided with interested potential clients.
-Being proactive in self generating leads and marketing our services.
- Secure sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services, and negotiating terms that meet customers' needs.
- Complete all sales paperwork and invoices accurately and promptly to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Report regularly to sales managers on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field such as construction, home improvement, or similar (preferred but not required if you do meet following skills and requirements).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage sales documentation and records.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, including negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit customer sites as needed.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
