**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee masonry projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have field knowledge working with CMU and brick and possess strong leadership abilities.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise foundations from start to finish

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff

- Ensure compliance with blueprints and building codes

- Monitor project materials, and progress and timelines

- Oversee and advise subcontractor crew members

- Conduct quality control inspections

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Foundations

- Masonry

- Blueprint reading

- Driving dually with trailer and heavy equipment

- Spanish speaking
