QA Team Lead.

As a QA Team Lead, you'll assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations, lead the team in their absence, and ensure excellence every step of the way.

Job Duties :

• Lead and Monitor : Assign daily tasks and oversee operations.
• Reporting : Handle end-of-shift reports and follow up on issues.
• Team Improvement : Collaborate with the local team to identify improvement areas and report on efficiency.
• Flexibility : Work overtime, weekends, and adjust to shifting hours, especially in Q4.
• Compliance : Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations and maintain our 7S Program.
• Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm OT when needed

Pay : $20.00

Requirements :

• Experience : Familiarity with SAP and / or WMS environments preferred.
• Skills : Excellent communication, strong leadership, and organizational skills.
• Tech-Savvy : Computer literacy is a must.
• Team Spirit : Reliable, responsible, and a true team player.
• Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Demands & Work Environment :
• Stand / walk for long periods.
• Ability to push / pull / lift to 50 lbs.
• Work in a manufacturing environment, including office and warehouse dock settings.
• Exposure to weather and moderate to loud noise levels.
