Position : Warehouse Lead (Warehouse Operations)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including shipment receiving, box creation, warehouse organization, and inventory management.
• Establish and enforce operational procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule warehouse associates to maintain high performance and morale.
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities with other functions such as printing, production, and fulfillment.
• Manage receiving and loading schedules, coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Participate in planning and executing personnel safety and plant protection activities, fostering a culture of safety.
• Allocate resources effectively, maximize asset utilization, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.

Qualifications :

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States is a fundamental requirement.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Previous managerial experience is strongly preferred.
• A GED or HS Diploma is required.
• Stand up forklift experience is considered a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times a day.
• Ability to work for prolonged periods standing.
• Must be reliable, punctual, personable, and detail oriented.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams, and follow detailed directions.
• Ability to read and write English and / or follow instructions.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, best practices and procedures.
• Must have a resume

Schedule :

1st shift : Friday to Sunday 6 : 30am-6 : 00pm

Pay :

$17.25 / hour
