A Special Angel's Touch is a Nurse Registry & Behavior Therapy Agency located in Miami, FL. We provide services for children and adults with Special Needs and Developmental Disabilities in the comfort of their residence. Our mission is to provide optimal quality services to those with conditions such as Quadriplegia, Down Syndrome, Autism, and others. We serve clients in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe County, Florida. Our knowledgeable team members are bilingual in English and Spanish and are specially trained in various areas of healthcare and therapy.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing personalized patient care, and administering personal care as needed. The Home Health Aide will also communicate effectively with clients and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for them. This role requires working in Miami, FL.
Qualifications
- Experience in home care and personal care
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of activities of daily living
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Familiarity with patient safety and infection control protocols
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
