PM On-Call Caregiver

• Schedule: On-call for one week every three weeks, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, compassionate care to clients during overnight hours, addressing any needs that arise.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our clients throughout the night.
• Communicate effectively with team members and families, ensuring a seamless continuation of care.
• Maintain adherence to all policies and procedures, upholding our high standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related health care field preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, particularly regarding overnight care.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Ability to participate in the on-call schedule, being on call for one week every three weeks.
