A.T. Staffing/Advance'd Temporaries is Hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator Near Nacogdoches, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to assist in construction and maintenance projects. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to Caterpillar, tanker, front loader truck, water truck, dump truck, backhoe, crane, and loader
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete assigned tasks
- Excavate, grade, level, and compact earth or other materials
- Assist in the construction of roads, buildings, bridges, and other structures
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment including Caterpillar, tanker, front loader truck, water truck, dump truck, backhoe, crane, and loader
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
