Our client is a well established consumer products manufacturer in the Williamsport PA area looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage 30 people on day shift and be responsible for leading projects and making sure all equipment is running smoothly.
Need someone with at least an Associates degree with industrial maintenance and project management experience either in consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Looking for a strong, hands on leader who knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people on the plant floor. Will not consider someone who does not have management experience. CMMS, preventive maintenance, and strong troubleshooting and technical skills. Continuous improvement experience is also required. Must be willing to be on call for a large 24/7 manufacturing operation.
