The CIT Trainer at the A/U Ranches is responsible for facilitating the Counselor-in-Training program and supporting CITs working at both Sky Valley Ranch (with 2nd - 8th grade campers) and Round-Up Ranch (with high school campers). Responsibilities will include leading the development of a strong CIT community, delivering leadership training for CITs and providing CITs with ongoing feedback and support. The CIT Trainer will have the opportunity to share fresh ideas for the CIT program and contribute to strengthening the A/U Ranches’ CIT training model. This position will work in close collaboration with the ranch and camp directors.
