The Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program at the A/U Ranches offers 16 & 17 year olds an opportunity to learn and grow as servant leaders. Sky Valley Ranch CITs work with campers in 2nd - 8th grades, and Round-Up Ranch CITs work with high school-aged campers. CITs gain leadership and collaborative experience while working with campers and counselors in an environment where Christian Science is lived and practiced. CITs will be supported by ongoing guidance and feedback from the CIT Trainer.
