Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Tech is also responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance.

- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Security System Installation & Service
- Analog and IP surveillance system installation and service
- Advanced troubleshooting security and surveillance systems
- Basic networking/data system understanding
- Security and Surveillance system programming
- Experience with Honeywell security hardware and programming a plus
- Experience with Qolsys security hardware and programming a plus
- Experience with Alarm.com platform a plus
- Completion of Alarm.com Academy (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Ability to work on rotating on-call service schedule
- Proficient in all Assistant level qualifications
- Competent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check a must
- Minimum of 1-year field experience
