A Village for One provides residential and outpatient mental health services to youth and young adults impacted by Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE). Anisa's Place is a therapeutic home that provides crucial support and care to 6 female and female-identifying youth in Clackamas County, Oregon. Job Description:
As the Assistant Program Director at Anisa's Place, you will play a central role in the day-to-day operations and supervision of direct care staff. You will also ensure the provision of trauma-informed services to our youth, contributing to their well-being and personal growth. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the overall management of youth, direct care staff, and operational systems. Additionally, you will complete timely documentation regarding supervision, client services, and program updates. Creating a respectful and supportive workplace environment is vital, and you will be responsible for addressing any issues or concerns, working closely with the Director of Therapeutic Housing and Executive Director.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Supervise and support direct care staff to ensure the highest quality of care for the youth.

- Implement trauma-informed services and practices to meet the unique needs of both youth and staff.

- Oversee day-to-day program operations to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

- Provide regular and timely updates to BRS regarding program operations and services

- Cultivate a workplace environment that is respectful and supportive.

- Address and elevate any issues or concerns to the Director of Therapeutic Housing and Executive Director.

Schedule and Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Oregon City, Oregon, at a residential facility for youth. The role involves flexibility in working hours, including occasional after-hours coverage, to ensure the well-being of our youth and staff. Position also requires participation in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a background in providing supervision to direct care staff, possess a strong understanding of trauma-informed services, and demonstrate a commitment to effective day-to-day program operations.

Education and Work Experience:
- A bachelor’s plus 3 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in providing supervision to staff and delivering trauma-informed services.

- A track record of effectively managing day-to-day program operations.

Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of required background checks, including a DMV Driving Record Check.

- Reliable transportation and up-to-date insurance.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
