PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER
Local condominium community has an immediate opening for an experienced part-time bookkeeper.
Requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online with the ability to process payroll through QuickBooks including all federal and state reporting.
Responsible for bill pay, check posting, invoicing, reminder notices, updates to QuickBooks Online, monthly reporting and light filing.
Candidate must be detail oriented, a “self-starter” who takes ownership of the position and has problem solving skills.
Position will require 4 – 6 hours one day per week and is located in Virginia Beach near the ocean front.
Hourly pay rate will be compensatory with education and experience.
Yearly bonus will be paid. 3 references required.
