Job Description Summary Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of sites under a GE contract to address turbine quality issues to fulfill a customer need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Business judgment will required as the complexity of the issues arise Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the program management of fleet quality issues. Lead the site retrofit team and manage the execution of the Project scope of work. For GE, also includes to Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program/project success Install process excellence support for program/project governance, project reviews, etc. Highlight to business leaderships when current solution is not progressing as per design Ensure that schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Good judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Services & Retrofit/Upgrade and Site Management. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. The salary range for this position is $104,200 - $173,600 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this role has variable compensation incentive of 15%.
