**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of caregiving, including hospice care, dementia care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. **Duties:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior - Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality - Implement behavior management strategies when needed - Respect and uphold the rights of all residents **Experience:** - Prior experience in caregiving, nursing homes, or senior care settings - Knowledge of dementia care best practices - Familiarity with systems for documenting client care - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Join our team of dedicated caregivers and make a difference in the lives of those in need.
