The role will be based in New York with the expectation of a hybrid work model. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Investment Performance Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of Fixed Income, Equity and Multi Asset Portfolios. Working closely with portfolio managers, investment analysts, and other stakeholders within the firm. Key Responsibilities: Conduct performance analysis and reporting for various investment portfolios, including Equity, Fixed Income and Multi Asset. Calculate and interpret investment performance metrics, such as total return, attribution analysis, benchmark comparisons, and risk-adjusted measures. Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to understand investment strategies, objectives, and performance drivers. Identify and investigate factors contributing to portfolio performance, including asset allocation decisions, security selection, and market trends. Produce regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities. Participate in new client onboarding process to ensure client’s reporting needs are met. Completing Ad Hoc projects such as RFPs that arise frequently. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in investment performance analysis, preferably within a multi-asset investment management environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative methods and performance measurement techniques. Solid understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in performance reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and performance attribution systems.
