We are a group of high-energy individuals looking for the right Medicare Marketing Specialist that will contribute to our culture of innovation and collaboration. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct and provide input on all member-facing communications as a key player of the Medicare Marketing team.

• Create a collaborative atmosphere and serve as the Subject Matter Expert and Project Leader for a cross-functional team to ensure timely, accurate, clear, concise and cohesive member communications.
• Execute member marketing strategies and tactics both personally and by directing internal and external creative/productions resources
• Responsible for the writing, review, and editing of print and digital content including CMS required and member education materials
• Manage ongoing member communications including our member magazine, bill stuffer series, social media/digital campaigns, etc.
• Support member experience initiatives to ensure that all communications have a consistent tone and nomenclature where applicable, and align with our marketing and brand standards
• Coordinate and support our Member Retention team in developing a measurable and effective data-driven retention strategy.
• Track campaigns, measure service levels, and identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. Supply updates and recommendations to management.
• Maintain and organize individual project schedules and team project status reports for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three (3 ) years’ related experience with member communication programs, preferably Medicare-centric.
• Strong B2C copywriting skills.
• Must be adept in analyzing complex data to make recommendations and drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel required, experience using Adobe, WorkFront, and email marketing tools a plus.
• Strong communication skills are a must, including written and verbal interaction with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Impeccable attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CMS marketing guidelines preferred.
• Must be productive and proactive, able to work independently
• Must also be able to work well in a team-based setting.
