We’re growing again and need a Senior Manager of Implementation to join our team!

Overview

The Senior Manager of Implementation and Onboarding will play a critical role in ensuring the successful set-up and deployment of our software solution. This role requires a strategic and customer-centric leader who can manage a team and develop robust implementation processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS implementation, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive dealership industry.

Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO, but this position can be 100% remote. You’ll be expected to be available during core “office hours”, which are based on US Mountain Time.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of implementation specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, lead capacity planning discussions

Implementation Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and refine implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective deployments.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from initial client onboarding to full system go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Dev Ops and Customer Support, to ensure seamless integration and client satisfaction.

Client Onboarding and Success:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients during the implementation phase, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress, address any challenges, and provide ongoing support.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

• Continuously assess and improve implementation and onboarding processes, leveraging client feedback and industry best practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability, efficiency, and quality of our implementation services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation and onboarding, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive dealership industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Proficiency in implementation methodologies, project management tools, and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed to support implementation activities.
