We’re growing again and need a Software Trainer based in Southern California to join our team!

A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry—transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact.

Overview

The Software Trainer plays a critical role within the launch team, responsible for delivering training services to external clients and internal stakeholders. A2Z offers a variety of training methods, including video conferencing, on-site training, webinars, and learning management system content, to establish convenience and effectiveness for our clients. Software Trainers will regularly update and evaluate the material and curriculum to ensure we remain at the forefront of the latest A2Z software advancements and developments in the automotive industry.

Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO, but this position can be 100% remote. You’ll be expected to be available during core “office hours”, which are based on US Mountain Time. You must live in Southern California. This position requires up to 50% travel. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and onsite training services to new and existing clients.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders, sales team members and other customer facing dealership employees.
• Continuously develop instructional delivery and presentation skills
• Assess client progress and readiness for independent operation.
• Coordinate and complete administrative functions necessary for training programs
• Provide timely updates to sales, implementation, and client support teams.
• Uphold A2Z’s core values and exceed client expectations.
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of A2Z’s software solutions and educate clients accordingly.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based, customer service-oriented environment
• Communicate professionally and effectively, focusing on adult learning methodologies.
• Exercise good judgment, discretion, and tact while working with clients.
• Influence clients to adopt A2Z’s approaches to fulfill functional requirements.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and confident demeanor throughout the training process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years prior experience working at an automotive software company and/or automotive retail 
• Prior experience in software training or related fields
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient understanding of software capabilities and best practice
• Must be coachable, curious by nature, and adaptable to change management needs.
