Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative/Cold Caller to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on leads,, prospecting potential clients, and initiating communication to promote our services. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and establish rapport.
  • Generate new leads and follow-up on warm leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential clients using various sources such as databases, social media, and networking events.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further engagement with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new markets and improving sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
