Job Title: Xactimate Estimator

Job Description:

The Estimator will be responsible for creating and reviewing estimates for new projects, including the preparation of estimates for all projects. This includes creating an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for all projects using Xactimate software. The estimator will also be responsible for creating and reviewing estimates for existing projects, including the preparation of estimates for new projects.

Job Requirements: ·Must have 2 years’ experience with Xactimate

·Must have 2 years’ experience with project manager scope notes, photos, and blueprints

Ability to create estimates and prepare estimates

·Ability to create and review estimates for existing projects

·Ability to create and review estimates for existing projects, including the preparation of estimates for existing projects.

·Must have Collection Experience. ·Must have knowledge of project management practices and procedures.

·Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·Must be able to work on a team with other professionals in the organization.

·Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, co-workers, and management.

·Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

·Must be able to pass a pre-employment screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
