Overview Of Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for conducting building inspections, completing electronic reports, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to building inspections we would require candidates to perform additional ancillary services. Must be able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, crawlspaces, attics & roofs. We're seeking a team member who fits our culture of personal and professional development.
Qualifications & Abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based on experience)

Qualifications & Abilities
- Kentucky and or Ohio Home Inspector License (if you feel you're a good fit for the position but do not have licensure/certificate, may be considered)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Oral Communication Skills - Strong Written Communication Skills
- Proficient use of PC and/or laptop, internet, e-mail and camera
- Professionalism
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Desire for professional development: continuing education is a yearly requirement. Our team learns new skills and acquires new certificates/licensing on a regular basis. We're seeking a team member who fits our culture of personal and professional development
