- Compensation: $18-19 per hour, pays every Thursday
- Weekly Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:300pm
- Expected Start date: Immediately
Growing national Property Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for their affordable housing community. The ideal candidate should possess high energy and be able to multi-task and work with a diverse team. Expert communication and relationship-building skills paired with outstanding customer service and the ability to embrace a shared responsibility environment will make you a successful candidate!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
- Assist in upselling additional services to tenants
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Manage customer relationships and address tenant inquiries promptly
- Support sales efforts by showcasing available properties to potential tenants
- Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts and leases
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in property management
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and be well organized
- Experience with Yardi preferred
