What You’ll Do:
- You will prep recurring and non-recurring journal entries for month end close.
- You’ll complete schedules needed for completion of account reconciliations.
- You will perform monthly analysis of revenue and expense variances to budget.
- You’ll be responsible for reviewing transactions to ensure proper general ledger coding, supporting documentation and approval.
- You’ll perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- 1 - 2 years of progressive and relevant accounting experience.
- Accounting degree preferred, or a combination of education and work experience.
- 10-key by touch required.
- Intermediate knowledge on all Microsoft Office software products required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail required and ability to work with different departments within the organization.
- Experience in business accounting software such as Oracle, Hyperion and SAP helpful.
