AAA Central Penn’s acquisition efforts are an integral part of our growth strategy and as such we are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to serve as our Director, Business Development.Asa key member of the Executive Team, this person will have overall responsibility for leading AAA Central Penn’s efforts with researching, recommending, and implementing strategic joint venture partnerships and business acquisition expansion.

The Director, Business Development will possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years progressively complex marketing or sales experience. Proven track record of successful deal-making and partnership development. Thought leader and innovator with previous experience initiating, driving, and scaling new products and business opportunities.
