This material offers the apparel industry a high-performance alternative to spandex that unlocks the potential for end users to recycle performance stretch fabrics. YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

• Collaborate across the value chain with spinning partners, knitting mills and garment designers
• Provide technical support throughout the qualification
• Oversee product testing and assist spinners to improve and maintain high quality including diligent documentation
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for customers, partners and colleagues
• Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainability
• Take directions from GTM and Neolast Business Manager
• Location: USA

What YOU will bring to the team:

• 10 years of technical hands-on experience in textile industry, especially with melt fiber and/or elastic fiber spinning ; including critical thinking and knowledge of fiber process/structure/properties relationships.
• Knowledge and experience of knitting mechanics, fabric design, dyeing and finishing, preferably with elastic yarns.
• Technical knowledge of production processes, equipment and materials for textile
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and partners
• Comfortable in international cross-functional teams , ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a global team .
• Problem-solver and attention to detail
• Can-do attitude
• Fluent in English
• Ready to travel up to 50%
