We’ve been serving our members for over 100 years No Sundays – 37.5 hour work week Bi-Weekly Pay – Plus a Monthly Incentive Plan based on your individual performance Over 3 weeks of paid time off accrued during the first year Complimentary AAA Premier level membership What we can offer you: Convenient Store Hours: Monday, 9AM to 6PM, Tuesday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM Competitive Pay, based on experience and location Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage Over 3 weeks of paid time off accrued during the first year 8 Paid Holidays Paid time off to volunteer Tuition reimbursement 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% The primary duties of the Staff Assistant/Team Lead are: Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks) Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes Support the Retail Manager to help enhance the customer experience by leading associates to success and promoting our Shared Values. Lead, guide, and direct the daily operations of the Retail Store, including administrative and associate-related issues in the absence of the Retail Manager Serve as backup to the cashiers Minimum Qualifications: Have a high school diploma/GED Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience Have effective communication skills both written and oral Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask on several websites and programs Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.
