AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Member Systems Applications Supervisor. This role supports the Membership Technical Support team on many of the club-wide enterprise projects and allows Membership Technical Support to better support Membership teams with QA, data analytic and enterprise wide data efforts. The primary duties of the Membership Systems Applications Supervisor are: Coordinate, delegate and oversee the work of Membership Digital Analyst and other related personnel including the ability to hire, fire, and provide performance feedback and guidance. This position will also be responsible for conducting performance appraisals. Assists with testing for membership system initiatives. This includes creating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test plans, initiating the creation of test memberships needed for all testing scenarios, documenting completed test cases, scheduling UAT resources (for large scale testing efforts) and performing UAT and Checkout testing prior to any membership system production releases. Assists in efforts related to resolving data errors and any membership system performance issues. Provides recommendations to improve system processes and to ensure member’s information is processed by the membership system in accordance with established guidelines. Updates general membership database information, including implementing membership dues increase, adding and removing retail office/branch and call center settings in the membership system, redefining retail office territories in the membership system and other similar system information. Works with Billing and Fulfillment team to review membership output files to ensure accuracy of data being transmitted. This would include reviewing changes in dues due to annual increases; ensuring special billing conditions (SAS segmentation, Variable Pricing) are being accurately applied to output files and similar functions. Performs querying or other reporting mechanisms, work with Membership Technical Support and IT to ensuring accuracy of important account information and data elements. This would include regular address verification/standardization, reviewing existing error reports and correct account information. Provides reporting on data concerns and cleansing efforts and recommend system/data modifications to eliminate future errors. Assists the Membership Technical Support team in testing of system enhancements with a concentration on how data flows between various systems (MRM Connect, MVRM, Mobile App, AAA.Com, etc). Coordinate with members of various Membership teams, Distribution, E-Business and other related teams to identify and document business requirements for system enhancements and related projects. Work directly with Information Technology team to review and assist in IT Development teams to understand Membership business needs. Coordinate with various system testers to document progress and identify potential concerns that would affect various project completion. Assist Manager, Membership Technical Support in project management capacity. This includes but not limited to leading project touchpoint meeting, liaising with IT technical teams for status updates, providing updates to project stakeholder, and delegate tasks focused on project completion as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4 years programming and operational experience with Crystal Reports, Access, Excel or comparable database querying software programs. Experience with Business Intelligence software a plus. 2 years of experience working as a system tester. Experience testing in an Agile Software Development environment a plus. A good understanding of software development process. Excellent understanding of Auto Club Alliance Membership business practices, rules, and process Experience as a project lead or in supervisory role, a plus Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL/Oracle). Programming experience a plus Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Access, Project, and Visio proficiency. Excellent analytical, oral communication, technical writing skills and the ability to understand end-user and system development needs. At AAA, your success is our success.
