SUMMARY:

The Service Coordinator role is responsible for scheduling and assisting in all administrative tasks related to monitoring. This role assumes a shared responsibility for additional administrative related tasks that allow for the increased efficiencies within the division which include but are not limited to, permitting, deficiency assignment, quoting, inventory organization and control, job invoicing and test reporting verification. This role may from time to time be asked to lend administrative assistance to other divisions as needed.

DUTIES:

• Responsible for working in coordination with the division manager, estimator, customers, and division technicians to schedule and dispatch all jobs through company provided service software platforms.
• Assist in processes to improve and ensure the efficient delivery of work in the division.
• Assist in coordination with subcontractors for jobs performed within the division.
• Provide on-boarding administrative support to large commercial multi-disciplinary customers.
• Maintain and support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support to the sales team.
• Coordination of all monitoring related service efforts for monitoring division.
• Support monitoring customer base as liaison between our monitoring customers and the central stations (through partners, Telguard and Alarm.com, when applicable).
• Facilitate the registration and discontinuation of monitoring customers, communication to central station and recording these actions in our databases.
• Supporting our Monitoring Lead with timely invoicing of all revenue generating activity delivered or generated by the monitoring division.
• Accurate record keeping of all monitoring contracts and customer updates.
• Supports AAA Fire management with additional operational and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years monitoring and central station experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required basic computer skills.
• Some experience Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers.
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
• Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
• Flexibility to adapt to all situations.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
