Job Description:Reports to (job title): Dir of End User Managed Services
I. Position DescriptionPrimary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):
Primary Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks related to the development of seamless customer centric End User Technology solutions. In collaboration with the Managed Services Partner, defines, designs, and implements End User Technology architecture for End User Applications.
Primary Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing ACG End User Compute Technology strategy to meet ACG Business needs and objectives.
  • Steer End User Compute architecture strategy as technology evolves.
  • Act as subject matter expert on Microsoft and Google End User Compute Products and Services.
  • In collaboration with the Managed Services Partner, define the conceptual, logical, and physical design for all End User Technology solutions.
  • In collaboration with the Managed Services Parter, work with business units, application developers, security, and infrastructure engineers to design and build End User Technology solutions.
  • Review and approve all Managed Services Partner End User Compute Technology solution designs to ensure business requirements are met.

II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering, or in the alternative, a combination of education, certifications, and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft Products & Services is a must.
  • Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in designing, planning, building, deploying, and maintaining hardware/software in an enterprise environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of:
  • MS365 and other Microsoft Products & Services.
  • Knowledge of Google end user products and services.
Skillset: (What is the skillset needed to perform the functions of the job?)
  • Modern development and testing techniques such as continuous delivery and continuous integration.
Ability to:
  • Proven ability to understand business objectives and translate into conceptual architecture.
  • Ability to analyze business operations and processes to understand their relationships, and drive business process optimization.
  • Experience with modern development and testing techniques such as continuous delivery and continuous integration.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks is a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, problem solve, through IT Partners and internal IT and Business stakeholders.
III. Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in End User Technology design and deployment.
  • 2 years of experience MS365; VDI platform, architecture, and related technologies
  • 2 years of experience as an Architect with specialization in at least one technology domain (e.g., cloud computing, data management, integration, security, infrastructure, or application development)
  • 2 years of experience supporting software development projects utilizing cloud technologies. (Past roles may include systems architect, software developer, and/or systems engineer.)

FLEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
