What does an Inside Project Coordinator do?

The Inside Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for intaking new jobs that come in through TPA’s and online inquiries. The Inside Project Coordinator is the primary contact and the hub of all information. They schedule appointments for the Estimators, update the CRM system daily, keep in constant communication with the Homeowner, Insurance Carriers, and all assigned personnel, send contracts, change orders, and supplements.

Roles on the Team:

• Intake incoming claims and retail jobs
• Entering all information for new and current jobs into DASH
• Managing schedules and planning inspections for the Estimators
• Maintaining and updating job status, notes, and documents in DASH
• Creating and executing job folders
• Creating and executing contracts, supplements, and change orders through DocuSign
• Maintaining constant communication with Homeowners, Insurance Carriers, Property Managers, and any job-related representatives of updates via Email and Phone.
• Answering phones, answering company correspondence

Team Requirements:

• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation
• Ability to handle 150 jobs internally
• Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad)
• Customer Service Skills
• Critical Thinking skills
• Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: DASH, TSheets
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
