DescriptionKey Obsessions:
- New Sales Opportunities (NSOs)
- VIP Customer Program Support
- Ensure the Aagard Experience
- Act as the primary contact for new NSOs, managing the initial interaction and information gathering.
- Facilitate the setup of new NSOs, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales process.
- Communicate the NSO process effectively to customers, providing clarity and guidance.
- Assist in organizing customer calls and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Document discussions from internal and external meetings, tracking follow-ups and action items.
- Associate's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Experience working in the packaging equipment industry is helpful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- Ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets
