Commercial/Residential Real Estate Paralegal with minimum of two years experience wanted for full time position in busy Wakefield law firm.

Responsibilities include all aspects of commercial and residential real estate closings including preparation of Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures, disbursements, and reconciliation. Working with private mortgage lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and real estate agents. Reviewing title exams, drafting documents, scheduling, and closing package preparation. Experience in E-Closing/ClosingVue software preferred.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, a team player and able to work under pressure within time sensitive deadlines.
