Job Description
Ability to check for backlash in a ball screw by using an indicator, also the removal & accurate bearing set up and installation of ball screw assembly.
Realign turret heads, spindles, chucks, etc. using indicato Spindle removal, rebuild, replace
Ability to read blueprints(bearing stack up, hydraulic systems)
Hydraulic Cylinder and Pump removal, rebuild, replace
Hydraulic System troubleshooting
Mobile Crane License and Rigging
Ability to work well with others and in teams
Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills and EducationPossess a certified journeyperson’s card (or similar contractual Journeyperson status) or document a minimum of eight years of experience in specific trade from previous employers on company letterhead
Available to work overtime and flexible schedule as required within union facility agreement
Available to work any shift as the need arises
Ability to pass pre-employment physical including drug testing
