A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNIC

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you ensure that our residents have safe, comfortable apartments in good repair and that they are happy with the level of service that they receive. You promptly address any concerns that arise in the apartments of current residents and make the appropriate handyman repairs. When a resident moves out, you work hard to make the apartment move-in ready for the next resident within 5 days of the vacancy. You are organized and keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, and inventor
